Symptoms

When configuring Single Sign On via Traditional Cloud Account for My Services, after uploading a newly provided Identity Provider (IDP) metadata .XML file, SSO continues to fail or the upload of the IDP XML file is not successful. Issue presents itself after IDP certificate update or renewal. Even after Identity Domain Administrators login to My Services and update the IDP XML file via the SSO Configuration Tab. All users are unable to login to applications on the identity domain via SSO.
