Error 'No records found' for Shell Manager Data Picker on the Unifier Mobile iOS App. (Doc ID 2878325.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to select a record using the Shell Manager Data Picker Data Element on the Unifier Mobile iOS App, the list does not populate with any values and the following error occurs.

No records found

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. In the Mobile iOS Unifier App, click the + (plus) icon.
  2. Navigate to the Company/Project Level in a Business Process (BP) with the Shell Manager Data Picker data element.
  3. Click the + icon to create a new BP record.
  4. Click the data element.
  5. The reported issue occurs.
