ADF-Faces When Navigating To Custom Subtab On Account (Doc ID 2878362.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Custom Objects

When attempting to Navigate to custom object subtabs on Account get ADF-FACES error,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Target Unreachable, 'xxxxxxx' returned null


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as sales user
2. Navigate to Accounts
3. Click on Custom Subtab

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Navigate to custom subtabs on the Account object.
