On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Global Payroll

When attempting to view Event action notification page
the following error occurs.

ERROR

A connection to the server has failed. (status=504)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Group - Show More - Payroll - Event Action Notifications
2. Error occurs
