Goal

Need Clarification on version upgrade release note 33786246.

In the release note from the Oracle team to upgrade the application to 19.3.008 it has been mentioned that the Subscription RIB flows (X APIs) are not supposed to use data level filtering if enabled in the environment.

Support is needed to provide the steps as how to perform this change and what are the steps to follow. Below are the details :

Release Note : 33786246
Subscription RIB flows (X APIs) are not supposed to use data level filtering if enabled in the environment. A script is available now to create a user appropriately and with correct access to use integration seamlessly.
