On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Setup and Configuration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Tax rule is not working as expected when a Null condition is used in a tax rule.

 

For example:
If a tax Registration is not set up, then Registration Status is Null and condition “Registration Status Not Equal To Registered” is returning True and Condition gets satisfied.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If Registration is not set up, then Registration Status is Null and “Registration Status Not Equal To Registered” condition should return False and Condition should not get satisfied.
