Symptoms

Qualifications

ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded

When the Supplier Team approves or denies a qualification, the error message "ORA-01000: Maximum open cursors exceeded" is displayed.
Instead of updating the status of the field to "Accepted" it is frozen in "In Progress", not allowing us to proceed with the process

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to approve or deny a qualification
2. Encounter the following error:
ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded
