Symptoms

After enabling Access Control Lists on the database side, the OIC Oracle ATP / Oracle ADW Adapter is unable to connect, even after adding the OIC IP address to the ACL

The Adapter connection test fails with:

"CLOUD-0005: Unable to establish connection. Please check connection parameters; Listener refused the connection with the following error: ORA-12529, TNS:connect request rejected based on current filtering rules"
