On Blockchain App Builder version prior to 22.2.1 in Windows encountered below error While Scaffolding a Typescript Chaincode in Windows machine

To Scaffold a chaincode:

Using App Builder CLI, use the "ochain init" command. For more information, can look at this link.
Using App builder VS Code extension, click on the '+' under the 'CHAINCODES' section, present on the left side of VS Code extension page. Once clicked on '+' on the right-side, a window pops up where need to add the details and click ok 'Create'. For more information, can look at the link.
