Fusion Global HR: Escalation Notifications Are Not Getting Triggered To Managers As Per BPM Setup (Doc ID 2879092.1)

Approval Task in BPM was setup to escalate to manager.

However, Escalation Notifications are not getting triggered to Managers
Reminder notification should be sent to manager of the Approver, but managers are not getting escalation notifications.

BPM Admin profile for the Approver user shows blank value for Manager field even though a valid manager exists in HCM.
