EPM Agent is not Extracting Data and Process Fail with a Timeout Error, "Failed request or response. Request status:QUEUED" (Doc ID 2879211.1)

Symptoms

EPM Agent is not picking jobs from queue randomly. Process log report that the time to extract data exceeded Batch Timeout as the job was never picked up by the EPM Agent.

DEBUG [AIF]: Agent Status: QUEUED
DEBUG [AIF]: Batch Timout:7200000
DEBUG [AIF]: Time to extract data exceeded Batch Timeout. Process Terminated
ERROR [AIF]: Failed request or response. Request status:QUEUED

Restart of the EPM Agent resolve the issue temporarily. However, same issue persist after few process runs.
