Symptoms



When trying to provision a WLS for OCI Marketplace Instance (WLS 12.2.1.4.220419.04) with JRF using ATP DB, it is getting failed with timeout errors.

Following error seen in check_provisioning_status.log from /u01/logs/ of admin server node.
