Goal

In SmartOrg Administration, a user's time zone preference appears as something like this:

(UTC +10:00) South Eastern Australia Time - Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney

However, an export that includes the User entity's TimeZone field shows a value like, AET , without the above values. This KM document describes the fields that have the values seen in SmartOrg and provides a sample User export.
