Symptoms

If a user deletes an assignment or an assigned payroll record for an employee, the salary entry may be updated so that it's no longer associated to the Salary Admin.

1) The Element Entry UI will show the creator for Salary Element Entry as "Element Entry/Override Form" rather than "Salary Proposal".

2) If the Salary Element is configured as multiple entries not allowed, then any attempt to modify the data in Salary Admin will result in overlapping entries error.

3) However if the Salary Element is configured as multiple entries allowed, which is not what we recommend, then duplicate element entries can be created. As a result employee can get over paid.

4) Also if customer is using Time Card and Time Card enabled at the Assignment level, which means employee is supposed to be paid for the hours worked rather fixed salary, they will end up getting both regular salary and hours worked. As a result employee can get over paid.
