Fusion Global HR: Employee Resignation Page Is Not Showing All Regions (Doc ID 2880384.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Under employee resignation page, the sections are not showing for employee.
Employee is able to see only submit button. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Employees should be able to submit resignation by filling all the required sections.
This is happening only to workers having custom employee role.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as employee.
2. Me> Resignation.
