Goal

Customer is using Job Level Approvals for Individual Compensation Plan (ICP) transactions and the approval is triggering to top job level 1 manager rather than lowest job level 1.

Approval Rule Settings:
Action Type: Approval Required
Minimum Job Level: 1
Approval Chain Of: Requestor
Top Approver: user
Start With: Manager
User Name: <user name specified>
Include: Last approver only
