Symptoms

On : NA version, MICC Transfer to TSC

When attempting to use an input file for the OIG exchange that is 16MB containing provider records, the following error occurs.

ERROR

A file size of 16.5 MB was used and invoked the exchange with below parameter,
InvokeMedicareProviderImport-timeAllowed = 900000
The exchange ran for 22 mins and failed with error OIG-GATE-011: For "claims_api_post" the
HTTP "GET" on https://dhlx-dev3-ohi-api.oracleindustry.com:443/cla-api/activities/4001011
failed with status code: "500" ("Internal Server Error")
The global activity of 'provider_import' started on claims application then claims application
slowed down and eventually went down.
