On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Data Load

When attempting to change an update Assignment details for an existing Pending Worker with an Offer using the Worker HDL file with the Work Terms and Assignment records, the following error occurs.

ERROR

The Primary Work Relationship attribute of the assignment with effective start date xxx and effective sequence 1 doesn't match the work relationship.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load a Worker HDL file with the Work Terms and Assignment records with intent to update Assignment details for an existing Pending Worker with an Offer
2. Encounter the error message above
