Symptoms

Adjust Leases via FBDI end in error.
 
You can't edit the lease number <lease_numer> after the period it was added.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download the FixedAssetLeasesImportTemplate.xlsm from https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/financials/22a/oefbf/fixedassetleaseimport-3075.html#fixedassetleaseimport-3075
2. Follow the Instructions and CSV Generation sheet
