Symptoms
When running APEX install script (apexins.sql) it is getting stuck during install:
- The session details shows the install is stuck doing FULL TABLE SCAN on WRH$_ACTIVE_SESSION_HISTORY table.
- f4550.sql which is executed by apexins.sql is the one getting stuck with FULL TABLE SCAN on WRH$_ACTIVE_SESSION_HISTORY table.
- No error messages are seen.
