Symptoms

OTB_EOW_DATE is not getting changed even though the xordermod contains the latest date for OTB.

Example provided:

<not_before_date>2022-05-11T00:00:00Z
<not_after_date>2022-07-03T00:00:00Z
<otb_eow_date>2022-07-09T00:00:00Z


Results in ORDHEAD:
--------------------------------
NOT_BEFORE_DATE: 05/11/2022
NOT_AFTER_DATE: 07/03/2022
OTB_EOW_DATE: 06/25/2022 (old existing date from order creation)
