Goal

This document describes how to check access to a file via public link.

In Oracle Content Management (OCM), "Document Usage Log" report in Analytics menu shows access history of documents in the instance.

Administering Oracle Content Management
  6 Analyze Service Usage
    View Reports and Metrics
      -> Documents Usage Log

However, it does not show any access via public link.
