Symptoms

FulfilOrd_sub in rib-rms fails to process FULFILORD messages with below exception in PROD:

Fulfilord messages are going to the hospital with the following error: "2022-05-28 07:21:56,759 DEBUG [FulfilOrd_sub_5] collab.HospitalController (HospitalController.java:153) - HospitalController.insertRibMessageIntoHospital() adding failure javax.ejb.EJBException: Error while calling Injector Service.: Exception calling plsql inject.
ExceptionVo{statusCode=500, status=Internal Server Error, message=Exception calling plsql inject. , stackTrace=java.lang.RuntimeException: Exception calling plsql inject."
