Extract Asset Reporting Data Job is not Automatically Running After Impairments (Doc ID 2880726.1)

Symptoms

"Extract Asset reporting Data" job is running automatically after the processes like Calculate Depreciation and Create Accounting as expected.

But when user performs and posts Asset Impairment, system is not triggering this job automatically to update the FA transaction table.
As a result we are not getting any results for assets transaction in the OTBI report.

STEPS
1. Setup complete per NOTE 2553344.1
   a. Open "Manage Fixed Assets Lookups" task
   b. Search lookup type ORA_FA_EXTRACT_AUTO_SUBMIT
   c. User will see 3 Lookup codes ORA_FA_BAL, ORA_FA_DEPRN and ORA_FA_TRX
   d. All these 3 Lookup Codes are enabled
2. After Created Impairment to Asset
   a.  Tasks>Impair Asset
   b. Post Impairment
3. Search for job Extract Assets Reporting Data in Schedule Processes but no data found
