Generate Payslips process completed with Alerts

A system error ORA-20001: An error was detect occurred in table Chunk.getChunk at location 28. Contact your help desk.
An error occurred. An assertion failure was detected at location ProcReportPayAct.childRequestS. Contact your help desk.
Too many consecutive errors encountered while processing.
JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.AttrValException, msg=JBO-27014: Attribute EntityName in FndAttachedDocumentsEO is required.
ORA-20001: An error was detected by another process. Details will be provided by the failing process. ORA-06512: at "FUSION.PAY_PROC_LOGGING", line 607 ORA-06512: at "FUSION.PAY_ACTION_CREATION", line 1405 ORA-06512: at "FUSION.PAY_ACTION_CREATION", line 1593 ORA-06512: at line 1
JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.RowValException, msg=JBO-CONTENT_SERVER_IDENTIFIERS_MISMATCH: Content Server Identifiers do not match.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit Generate Payslips process
2. Process completes with Alert.
