Symptoms

On VBCS Version 22.07.1, Upgrade issue

Application requires to upgrade the Runtime Dependencies. While upgrading the application, it throws the below error

 [VBDT ERROR vbdt/platform/api/migrator/Migration]: Error: Folder or resource webApps/xxxxxxx/file.json already exists
