Symptoms

User create Journal Line DFF segment with Value set:GL_150_CHARACTERS(Value Subtype:Text,Maximum Length:150)

In Journal Entry UI,User can enter 100 Japanese Character(two-byte character) value to Journal Line DFF segment.

But When create Journal by Import Journal, Although Journal Line DFF value is 100 Japanese Character(two-byte
character),Import Journal ends with error.
