On : 11.13.22.01.0 version, Global Payroll
When attempting to end date a payroll definition,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

You can't end the payroll on this date. The payroll is assigned to a person, or it's used in a submitted process after this date. (PAY-1636182)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups - Payroll Definition
2. Search after payroll - End Date
3. Error occurs
