Creating a DV Connection to Essbase 21c Marketplace fails with "Unable to Save Connection" error.

Essbase was setup using signed certificate but using Private Load Balancer.

There was s no Private Access Channel or Remote Data Gateway setup to establish connection to Essbase with Private Load Balancer.
