Goal

Why Purchase Order PDF in Notification Is Not Displaying the Updated Version?

Steps 
1.Enable Postapproval FYI
2.Add Participants as Requester and another individual worker
3.Process a purchase order from a requisition
4.Approve the purchase order
5.FYI Received by requester is showing the approved version on the PDF
6.FYI received by individual worker is having draft version on the PDF
