Fusion Global HR : Invalid Primary Flag Attribute In Assignment

Symptoms
Assignment primary flag is showing as Yes in Employment Section but When running data model in back-end it is showing as N.
Due to this reason this Employee is not being picked up in an Extract.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Check Assignment detail UI for employee which show primary flag as Y
2. Query PER_ALL_ASSIGNMENTS_M table to check the primary flag and its shows as N
