Symptoms

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM:

Email with the title "Reverse Auto-populate BP_XYZ: Failed" received for Business Process BP_XYZ due to a validation error.

ERROR:

Email Title: "Reverse Auto-populate BP_XYZ: Failed"
Reason: Validation error e.g. "abc_calcTotal_amt is not present, it is required in the validator: abc_PkgAmount_amt - ijk_calclTotal_amt Greater Than or Equal To 0".

STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to the Unifier environment.
  2. Navigate to Project_XYZ > Logs > Cost > BP_XYZ > Open BP_XYZ_001 and attempt to Send the record forward to a terminal status.
  3. The above noted email notification is received.

EXPECTED OUTCOME:

If there are no validation errors, the above noted email notification should not be received.
