Goal

While submitting the Sales Order, it get reverted to Draft with below error -

Order management changed sales order status Draft to Draft because an exception occurred. Contact your order administrator. (FOM-4515317) oracle.apps.scm.doo.common.DooJboException: Service RulesEditorUtilAM request for task 1 failed due to a system error.
