Goal

Deleted an OAC instance, then created a new OAC instance with the same name as the deleted instance. When trying to create a Vanity URL for the new Instance by the same URL used in the old instance, receiving the error:

How can the Vanity URL be dis-associated with the deleted OAC instance in order to reuse it?
