The "Lease Contracts" Business Process Is Being Displayed in the Mobile Application, but It Is Currently Not Supported in the Mobile Application (Doc ID 2881982.1)

Symptoms

It has been found that there is a Business Process(BP) called "Lease Contracts" for which the Administrator was initially able to check the "Enable Mobile" checkbox in Unifier and create a Mobile Log view. But after a Unifier upgrade (version 21.1 to 21.5) the check box to Enable Mobile is not available anymore, it is not displayed on the screen. The BP is also still displayed in the mobile application.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The BP was able to be Enabled for Mobile, and thus it should still be enabled and should work if it is displayed in the Mobile Application.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into a Unifier Environment.
  2. Navigate to Company Workspace > Admin Mode > Configuration > Business Process > Lease Contracts > Open > General Tab, there is no "Mobile Application" Enable checkbox, but this was expected by designer.
  3. Navigate to Company Workspace > Admin Mode > Configuration > Business Process > There are other "Lease" type BP's for which the "Mobile Application" Enable checkbox is still displayed.
  4. Log into the Unifier mobile application, note that the Lease Contracts BP is available.
