Why Country ID 99 Exists In RMS Base Installation But Not In SIOCS? (Doc ID 2882102.1)

Goal

In RMS base data, there is an entry in COUNTRY table with COUNTRY_ID = '99' having description, "Multiple". However, when trying to seed SIOCS when there are Item/Supplier/Country combinations exist in RMS, the import job fails in SIOCS due to missing Country ID.

Is there a way that the Country ID 99 can be included into SIOCS?
