Symptoms
When create a Rate Offering Template with dimensional limits in the Rate Header, once one exports the Excel file with rates from the Rate Load
Definition, values are exported with BASE values and not the actual values typed in the OTM UI(the Max/Min Weight and Max/Min Volume exported with the base values
not the actual values entered in OTM UI) in the spreadsheet.
