ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After assigning predecessor and successor relationships with FS, and the predecessor timeline extends, the successor is not moved out as expected.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

To honor FS relationships, when the predecessor is pushed out, the successor should be pushed out as well.
