Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: Unable to Send Prospect Invitations (Doc ID 2882234.1)

Problem Statement:

When adding a prospect to an application the following error message is received:


The invitation to apply email wasn't sent to candidate {candidate name}. (IRC-1590081)


  1. Create candidate profile with first, last, email
  2. Add to requisition
  3. Open Requisitions and click Prospects
  4. Check the prospect, go to Action, Send Invitation
