Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: Civil ID validation Is Not Working for Kuwait on CX site (Doc ID 2882722.1)

Problem Description:

Civil ID validation for Kuwait is not honoring the Format validation and Digit check on the career site.


As per the 22A_and_22B_National_identifiers_with_validations.pdf document, the following validation should occur:

National ID Type: Civil Identifier
Format: 12 numeric digits in the format of: NYYMMDDNNNNC
Check Digit: Yes
Check Digit and Format Validation: N – Number assigned by authority; YYMMDD – Date of birth; NNNN – Sequence number; C – Check-digit
