Customer Test environment opens production BI Catalog (<Production URL>/analytics/saw.dll?catalog)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Test POD should point to Test POD catalog URL

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------
1. Login to FA UI on Test POD
2. Tools > Reports and Analytics > Browse Catalog
3. This opens
<Production URL>/analytics/saw.dll?catalog
