Symptoms

In EICS, When attempting to use lookupVendorDeliveryContainerHeaders web service the following error occurs.

Step To Reproduce:
1. Create the data required for the vendor delivery
2. Create PO , processed in SIOCS
3. Create ASN against PO and processed in SIOCS
4. Records are populated in DSD,DSD* related tables
5. Try to run the web service operation using : lookupVendorDeliveryContainerHeaders of vendor delivery web service using Delivery ID
6. System error returned as response.
