On : 11.13.22.01.0 version, Partner (Vendor) Integration
When attempting to connect with LinkedIn Integration
the following error occurs.

When I was try to configure earlier I use to get error message as "At least one contract must be active when Linked Recruiter System connect is enabled (IRC-1590561)"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup and Maintenance > Recruiting Category Provisioning and Configuration
2. Under Profile Import Partners, the error appears:
3. "At least one contract must be active when Linked Recruiter System connect is enabled (IRC-1590561)"
