When a UDR Is Copied From A Template Or Another Report, Any Date Difference Fields Show The Value of 0 (Doc ID 2882871.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When a User Defined Report (UDR) is Copied from a template or another report, the Date Difference column created through the UDR shows a value of 0. In order to fix the column, users have to delete the formula and re-enter it.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

The copied report should calculate the Date Difference formula correctly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to UDR that has a Date Difference formula column created through UDR configuration
  2. Click on gear icon and select copy
  3. Run the copied report and notice that the column with the Date Difference formula shows 0 for every row
  4. Edit the copied report and remove the Date Difference column and re-add
  5. Run the report and the formula now calculates correctly.
