Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Defects encountered on Role: FINANCIAL_MGR_PREPROD_USER

USER: FINANCIAL_MGR_PREPROD_USER

1. Financial Manager is able to ship Purchase Order
2. Financial Manager is able to modify BOL
3. Financial Manager is able to modify Merchandise Hierarchy
4. User is able to modify existing items. (All Item screens are editable)
5. Error encountered in Price Change History
6. Adjust Receipt is enabled

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
1. Financial Manager should not be able to ship Purchase Order
2. Financial Manager should not able to modify BOL
3. Financial Manager should not able to modify Merchandise Hierarchy
4. User should not be able to modify existing items. (All Item screens are editable)
5. Error encountered in Price Change History
6. Adjust Receipt should be enabled

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Financial Manager is able to ship Purchase Order
Navigate to Inventory > Shipments and Receipts > Shipment Purchase Order
Enter search criteria and Click [Display Items]

2. Financial Manager is able to modify BOL
Navigate to Inventory > Shipments and Receipts > Manage Bills of Lading
Enter search criteria

3. Financial Manager is able to modify Merchandise Hierarchy
Navigate to Inventory > Shipments and Receipts > Manage Bills of Lading
Enter search criteria

4. User should not be able to modify existing items. (All Item screens are editable)
Navigate to Foundation > Location Foundation > Merchandise Hierarchy

5. Error encountered in Price Change History
Price > Price Change History
Click Look Up

6. Adjust Receipt is enabled
Navigate to Inventory > Shipments and Receipts > Shipment
Click Look Up



BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users are allowed to modify data for which they are not authorized.
