Symptoms

Certain columns cannot be added to the Learner results.  For example, when going to:

There is a list of columns that can be added, however, the following values are not shown and so are not available to add:

Primary Email
Department
Location
Position
Job
Business Unit
Country

In comparison there is another environment (of the same version), where these columns are shown.
