Symptoms
1.- When attempting to call REST Web Services, the following error occurs:
ORA-20001: You have exceeded the maximum number of web service requests per workspace. Please contact your administrator.
STEPS
1. Use APEX application that make calls to REST Web Services
2. Eventually get the error above
OR
2.- When attempting to login to APEX application, the login fails with the following error:
The HTTP request to "<some URL>" failed
STEPS
1. APEX is configured to use Social Sign-In (SSO) authentication
2. Authentication is working fine, and suddenly fails with above error
