Symptoms
Compilation of formula of type "HCM Rates Calculate Value" completes with error:
ERROR:

Either function GET_TABLE_VALUE doesn't exist or the combination of parameter types doesn't match the statement.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups -> Quick Actions -> Show More
2. Search and select fast formula.
3. Click on "Compile".
4. The formula compilation completes with error.
