Collect Participants and Participant Updates Process Did Not Update Participant Detail For HR Job Code Attribute (Doc ID 2883369.1)

Symptoms

The Automatic Role Assignment is based on HR Job Code.  However, the Collect Participant process did not update the HR Job Code on the participant detail.


STEPS
1. Setup Participant Assignment Rules to assign compensation roles based on participant detail attributes HR Job Code
2. Create HR Employee and assign the Job
3. Import Participant
4. Run All Participant Process with HCM Updates = Import
5. Review the participant assignments and did not see the role assign and noticed that the HR Job Code field was blank
