Document Purpose:

This document will provide steps to customize the Job Offer Letter E-Signature sub-template in BI Publisher.

This sub-template is only utilized when:

the job offer has an adjusted offer letter (downloaded, customized, and re-uploaded) in the Job Offer Letter section
the following setting is enabled under Enterprise Recruiting and Candidate Experience Information task: Download Offer Letter with Resolved Tokens.
